Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Superstar Services is licensed and insured.
Who supplies and owns the lights?
We supply all the lighting for your display and retain ownership of it. You get a complete lighting service without having to buy or store the lights yourself.
What does the price include?
Your quote covers the complete service: lighting, custom design, professional installation, in-season maintenance, January takedown, and storage.
What if a light stops working?
Contact us and we’ll return to fix or replace it. In-season repairs and replacements are included in your service.
When do you take the lights down?
We return in January to carefully remove your display and take the lights into storage.
What happens next year?
We keep the lights for your display in storage and your design on file, ready for next season. Returning customers receive a better deal on the following season’s service.
